If you see people at times waiting in line just to take a bite at the buy 1 take 1 burgers of Angel’s, I wouldn’t be surprised. It has become a common scene in streets where you can mostly find a stall of this hamburger selling business. Success rate has overflowed for the franchise owners as well because of this new idea that consumers embraced.
I remember previously, it was Scott Burger that introduced this concept to the buying public who usually belongs to the C+ category (according to some authorities in franchising in the Philippines) but so far, they haven’t evolved so I am personally trying to see if it was the buy one take one concept that helped Angels Burger to become successful in the burger business or their name. You know, sometimes, the name which makes it pretty easier to remember makes a business an effective medium in selling.
Sometimes it’s also the color which could also probably be part and parcel a factor in the effectiveness of the burger business. Add to that, from my personal experience, Scott Burger has instead of developed into a cleaner outlet to become dirtier and dirtier. Crews don’t have anymore their uniforms and they didn’t capitalize much in improving the service to customers / buyers. On the other hand, this is where Angel’s Burger has greatly improved. Other known brands that seemed to have almost disappeared if not lost customers are Minute Burger, Burger Machine and Scott.
